   Book the free 20-minute consult or message us on WhatsApp. We ask about the wall, the room, the vibe you're after, and the photos or art you want to feature. Send us a wall photo and rough dimensions — that's enough to start.

   We draft two layouts

   Our designer drafts two to-scale layout options using our own real-cm planner. You see exactly how the composition sits on your wall — frame by frame, in centimeters and inches — with vendor-neutral frame picks. Revisions are included.

3. 03

   Hang it with confidence

   You approve the layout; we deliver a measured hanging guide PDF (cm + inches) and a shoppable frame list with sizes and where to buy. Hang once, no second-guessing, no patch-and-paint do-overs.

Six-piece asymmetric balance

Stepped layout that follows the slope

Twelve-piece salon-style cluster

Brief: a warm, lived-in mix of wood and gold frames over a vintage credenza. Delivered: twelve pieces at five sizes, tight 3 cm gaps for the salon feel, anchored slightly left of center. Pairs well with our gallery wall layout templates.

How much does the gallery wall design service cost?

Pricing is shared after the free consultation. Cost depends on wall size, number of frames, and how much sourcing help you need — we quote per project rather than a flat fee so you only pay for what your wall actually needs. The consult itself is always free, and you decide whether to move forward after we send the quote.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The 20-minute consult is genuinely free, with no obligation to book the design afterwards. We use it to understand your wall, room, and the photos or art you want to feature, then send a quote based on what we'd actually deliver.

How long does it take to receive my design?

Within 3–5 business days of approval. Once you confirm the brief and we have your wall photo and dimensions, our designer drafts two layout options and sends them back inside that window. Revisions add a couple of days each round.

Do I have to buy frames from you?

No — we are vendor-neutral. The shoppable list we deliver names exact frame sizes and recommends a handful of vendors at different price points, but you buy directly from whichever shop you prefer. We do not mark up frames or earn commission on the sale.

What do you need from me to start?

A photo of the empty wall, the wall's width and height in cm or inches, the dimensions of any furniture sitting in front of it (couch, bed, credenza), and the photos or art you want to feature. A short note on the vibe you are going for helps too — calm, salon-style, vintage, monochrome.

Can you design walls other than gallery walls?

Yes. We design above-couch gallery walls, above-bed walls, staircase walls, dining-room walls, hallways, and entryways. Anywhere a multi-piece composition lives, we can plan it. The same to-scale process applies.

Can I just use the free tool myself?

Absolutely — our free gallery wall designer tool is available at /app and runs entirely in your browser, no signup. Many people use it to plan their own walls. The service is for people who want a designer to do the layout for them, with a measured PDF and a curated frame list at the end.

What if I don't like the design?

Two rounds of revisions are included with every project, and additional rounds are available on request. You see two layout options in the first round; we iterate from there until you're happy with the composition. We do not charge extra for small tweaks like swapping a frame size or shifting a piece.
